Shipping Orders

At UNIVERSE BEAUTY online store, you can check the estimated delivery time for products in CONTACT US, delivery usually take 9 working days but depend on the country can take 14 working days . This service applies to all items, as long as your purchase is completed and payment is made and validated by 12pm*.

We have several shipping options available so that you can receive your order in the most comfortable way and in the way that best suits your needs.

Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

*In case of stock shortage, the estimated delivery time will be an additional 48 hours.

 

Notes:

Delivery of UNIVERSE BEAUTY orders is carried out by DHL.

If the first delivery is not completed, we will try to contact the recipient to schedule a new delivery. If this is not possible, and if the recipient does not claim the order within 30 days after it has been sent, it will be "abandoned" without the right to claim or refund.

Delivery times may take longer than expected due to the high volume of orders during festive periods, such as Beauty Week and Christmas.
