REFUND POLICY

 

Cancellations, Exchanges and Return

Applicable to purchases made at www.myuniversebeauty.com. The Customer may cancel his/her order at any time up until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid, except for shipping costs. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, he/she may exercise his/her right of free resolution under the legally stipulated terms and indicated below. Failure to pay the order within 2 (two) days following the date on which it was definitively placed implies the automatic cancellation of the same.

The Consumer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (except for costs of returning the item) and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods or the last item in the case of several items ordered by the Consumer in a single order and delivered separately.

In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must notify us at Universe Beauty by email address info@myuniversebeauty.com of your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement send by email. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. For the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication concerning the exercise of the right of free resolution be sent before the end of the resolution period.
