8. Placing an order online

UNIVERSE BEAUTY informs that the prices charged at www.myuniversebeauty.com are exclusive to the UNIVERSE BEAUTY Online store and may vary from the prices in the physical UNIVERSE BEAUTY stores. All promotional campaigns have a limited stock and are exclusively for online sales.

As soon as you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data is not correct, you can immediately request that it be changed or even cancel the purchase made.

9. Product availability
   UNIVERSE BEAUTY only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, therefore UNIVERSE BEAUTY cannot guarantee the availability of the articles until the beginning of said processing. On the product file you will find the estimated shipping date: 24h. The estimated shipping time is added to the shipping time, which depends on the carrier you choose and the destination of your order.

UNIVERSE BEAUTY only ships on weekdays. Therefore, weekends and holidays are not taken into account when estimating delivery times.

In any case, estimated delivery dates are merely indicative. If any ordered item is defective, UNIVERSE BEAUTY may choose to: contact the supplier to find out whether it is possible to replace the missing item, contacting the customer if the delivery date or price of the item changes, and the order will only proceed after the customer has given their consent; or cancel the order and refund the customer for all amounts paid.

Any delay in the dispatch of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.

10. Shipping costs
    Shipping costs 5 euros sales under 160 euros, from 160 euros delivery is free, reminding minimum order for delivery is 49 euros. 

11. Cancellations, exchanges and returns
    Applicable to purchases made at www.myuniversebeauty.com. The Customer may cancel his/her order at any time up until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid, except for shipping costs. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, he/she may exercise his/her right of free resolution under the legally stipulated terms and indicated below. Failure to pay the order within 2 (two) days following the date on which it was definitively placed implies the automatic cancellation of the same.

The Consumer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (except for costs of returning the item) and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods or the last item in the case of several items ordered by the Consumer in a single order and delivered separately.

In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must notify us at Universe Beauty by email address info@myuniversebeauty.com of your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement send by email. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. For the free resolution period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication concerning the exercise of the right of free resolution be sent before the end of the resolution period.

In the event of termination of this contract, all payments made, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive method offered by us), will be refunded to you, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We will make such refunds using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of such refunds. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first. You must return the goods to us or to Universe Beauty Contact Us Menu undue delay and in any event within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which you informed us of the termination of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
